We are thrilled to welcome Nathaniel Mortley—the culinary visionary behind 2210 by NattyCanCook and one of the UK’s most talked-about chefs—for an exclusive, one-night-only dining experience.
Bold Flavours Meet Classic Technique
Better known as NattyCanCook, Nathaniel has worked in some of London’s leading kitchens, including Oblix at The Shard and Jason Atherton’s City Social.
Since then, Nathaniel has built a loyal following for his vibrant, elevated take on Pan-Caribbean cuisine, earning recognition from Condé Nast Traveller as a “One to Watch” and opening his debut restaurant, 2210 by NattyCanCook, which has already gained Michelin Guide recognition.
For this special collaboration, Nathaniel joins our Chef Director Arturo Granato to craft a truly unique four-course menu. The evening will beautifully blend Nathaniel’s bold, vibrant Caribbean flavours with Arturo’s elegant, classic French Mediterranean approach.
