On Tuesday 16th June, we are delighted to welcome acclaimed chef Alberto Landgraf to the Galvin Green Man Book Club, hosted within the beautiful surroundings of our award-winning countryside pub.
About Guest Chef Alberto Landgraf (Oteque, Rio de Janeiro)
Alberto is the acclaimed chef-proprietor of Michelin-starred Oteque in Rio de Janeiro and one of the most influential culinary figures in Latin America. Frequently featured in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, his ingredient-led philosophy pairs wonderfully with the Galvin brothers’ dedication to exceptional modern British dining and traditional hospitality.
Guests will savour a specially curated two-course menu, prepared with the finest seasonal produce. Tickets are priced at £60 per person, or £90 per person to include a personally signed copy of Alberto’s highly anticipated cookbook.
Arrival drinks will be served in our cosy, traditional bar from 12pm, with the main event commencing at 12.45pm. Following the chef’s talk, your table remains yours for the afternoon, allowing you to relax and enjoy your meal at your leisure.
To perfectly complement the menu’s vibrant flavours, carefully selected optional wine pairings will also be available to savour during your dining experience.
