Inspired by ‘’Michel Roux At Home’ our Head Chef, Joe Albina creates a 3-course menu, made up of dishes from Michel’s new book.
The evening will be hosted by Chris Galvin & will include a Q&A with Michel to chat all about his career and his success of being both a celebrated chef and author. Each guest will then receive a signed copy of Michel’s book.
