Head Chef Arturo Granato has devised a 7 course tasting menu to perfectly compliment a selection of white, red and sweet wines from Trentino Alto Adige in Italy.
Fine Northern Italian Wine Pairings
The Haas family has been growing grapes in Montagna in the province of Bolzano for generations. Franz Haas began to produce and bottle quality wines when he took over the family business. He went to tremendous lengths to grow quality grapes and preserve the flavours of the fruit during winemaking. As a result, the wines are infused with great character, with purity and balance on the palate.
