We are thrilled to partner with Castello della Sala, a breathtaking medieval wine estate located in the heart of Umbria. Owned by the renowned Antinori family since 1940, the estate is celebrated for producing some of Italy’s finest vintages.
A Curated Menu and Expert Wine Pairings
Guests will savour a meticulously crafted five-course tasting menu, finishing with artisanal coffee and delicate petit fours, with each exquisite dish perfectly paired to highlight Castello della Sala’s renowned terroir.
Tickets are priced at £165 per person.
This intimate culinary event will be hosted at a communal table within The Gallery, our elegant private dining mezzanine that overlooks the stunning Grade II listed architecture of St Botolph’s Hall.
