Thuy Pham is a Vietnamese-British chef and founder of The Little Viet Kitchen restaurant. She will be joining us to celebrate her latest cookbook, One Pan Vietnam.

This event includes a carefully crafted two-course set menu, alongside a signed copy of One Pan Vietnam.
Reservations and Pre-Meal Drinks in the Countryside
Guests are warmly invited to arrive for pre-meal drinks in our traditional pub bar area from 12 pm. The main event will commence at 12:45 pm, after which your table will be yours to enjoy a leisurely lunch.
