The South West Wine Dinner Menu & Pairings

Join us at Galvin Bistrot and Bar on Friday 22nd April for an evening with Les Caves de Pyrene, where we will be tasting our way through a selection of natural wines from South West France. We will be joined by Didier Cappa, wine buyer extraordinaire, who has curated a selection of wines that are the very essence of South West France.

Head Chef Joe Albina tasted the wines with Chris Galvin and together they crafted a menu to compliment the unique profiles of each of the wines.

The wines have a rich history and are expressive of their homeland. Les Caves focus their attentions to wines that are made by hand, with minimum chemical intervention and place great importance on winemaking showing respect for the environment.

Limited spaces available, the wine dinner will commence at 7pm promptly and reservations in advance are essential. The 5 course menu with paired wines, coffee including service charge.

First Course: Traditional Starters & White Wine Pairings

Main Course: Regional French Delicacies & Robust Reds

Dessert: Sweet Pairings from the Region

This is the first in a series of wine events to be held this year in Galvin Bistrot & Bar.
