Join us in our welcoming dining room on Friday the 22nd of April for an unforgettable evening in partnership with Les Caves de Pyrene. We are delighted to welcome back wine buyer extraordinaire Didier Cappa, who will guide guests through an exquisite selection of natural wines that capture the very essence of south-west France.
Having tasted these exceptional vintages alongside Chris Galvin, Head Chef Joe Albina has crafted a spectacular seasonal menu designed to perfectly complement the unique profile of each glass.
These expressive wines boast a rich heritage, deeply connected to their terroir. Les Caves de Pyrene champions independent winemakers who harvest by hand, employ minimal chemical intervention, and demonstrate a profound respect for the environment.
As this is an intimate gastronomic event, spaces are highly limited and advance reservations are essential. Dinner will commence promptly at 7pm. Your ticket includes the five-course tasting menu, expertly paired wines, and concluding coffee.
