    Join us at Galvin Bistrot & Bar on Friday 24th of June for an evening with Les Caves de Pyrene.

    The next instalment of our Journeys series will be hosted by an incredible duo from Les Caves- Didier Cappa and Nacho Campos. Together they have curated a shortlist of wines that are the very essence of Provence.

    Head Chef Joe Albina tasted the wines with Didier and Nacho and has crafted a menu that perfectly compliments the unique profiles of each of the wines.

    The Wine Selection: Low-Intervention & Organic

    The wines have a rich history and are expressive of their homeland. Les Caves focus their attentions to wines that are made by hand, with minimum chemical intervention and place great importance on winemaking showing respect for the environment.

    The last event was a sell-out, and reservations are essential. The 5-course menu with paired wines and tea or coffee including service charge.
