We are inaugurating this series with an exceptional guest: the brilliant chef and proprietor of Soho’s renowned Quo Vadis, Jeremy Lee.
Jeremy joins us to discuss and celebrate his acclaimed book, ‘Cooking’, on the 15th of May 2023.
A Curated Menu and Wine Pairing
To complement the evening’s conversation, Head Chef Joe Albina has crafted a bespoke three-course menu rooted in the Galvin brothers’ bistrot heritage, showcasing seasonal ingredients and thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines.
Hosted jointly by Chris Galvin and Jeremy Lee, the experience includes your meal, expertly chosen wine pairings, an engaging Q&A session, and your own copy of ‘Cooking’.”
Guests will also have the splendid opportunity to have their books personally signed by Jeremy as they savour the convivial ambience.
