On Tuesday the 19th of October, we are thrilled to invite you to our highly anticipated inaugural wine dinner of the season, hosted in proud partnership with the renowned Quinta de la Rosa.
Chef Patron Jeff Galvin has meticulously crafted an exquisite five-course tasting menu to perfectly complement these remarkable Portuguese wines. The culinary journey will feature seasonal masterpieces, including a rich velouté of roasted pumpkin with seared foie gras; delicately poached wild halibut served with a shellfish emulsion, cucumber, and caviar; and a sumptuous roast fillet of Highland beef, accompanied by slow-cooked cheek and creamed Scottish girolles.
