With one of the most distinguished histories in global viticulture, this historic French estate produces truly remarkable vintages. For one evening only, on Thursday the 18th of November, Chef Patron Jeff Galvin will present a seasonal game tasting menu. Each magnificent course has been meticulously paired with prestigious Jaboulet wines, carefully selected by our Head Sommelier, Stephen Nisbet.
This exclusive dining event will commence at 7:00 pm. Guests may choose to dine within the intimate setting of the Gallery mezzanine, where places are strictly limited, or amidst the vibrant atmosphere of our spectacular main dining room.
