About Guest Chef Tom de Keyser
Currently Head Chef of The Chalk in Chelsea, Tom De Keyser spent over a decade within Tom Kerridge’s celebrated restaurant group, leading the two-Michelin-starred The Hand and Flowers and earning Chef of the Year at the 2023 Top 50 Gastropubs Awards. Joining him, Arturo Granato brings his signature Mediterranean-inspired style, honed across Europe’s finest Michelin-starred kitchens and recognised through Galvin La Chapelle’s retained Michelin star and 3 AA Rosettes.
Together, the chefs have created a unique four-course menu showcasing the finest seasonal ingredients, beginning with a glass of Galvin Grande Réserve Champagne and collaborative snacks before signature dishes from each chef.
Priced at £125 per person, including Champagne on arrival, with an optional £75 wine pairing, this promises to be an unforgettable evening in the heart of Spitalfields.
