Join us as we welcome internationally acclaimed chef Judy Joo to Galvin Bistrot & Bar for an exclusive, one-night-only chef collaboration.
Judy Joo is an internationally acclaimed chef, restaurateur, author and television personality, celebrated for her innovative Korean cuisine. A former executive at Morgan Stanley turned Michelin-starred chef, she has appeared on Iron Chef UK and MasterChef, authored bestselling cookbooks and champions modern Korean cooking on the global culinary stage.

The dinner is priced at £75 per person, including a glass of fizz on arrival, with an optional wine pairing at £45 per person to be added on the evening.
For this special collaboration, Judy joins our Chef Director Arturo Granato to create a unique four-course menu that brings together Judy’s contemporary Korean cuisine with Arturo’s elegant Mediterranean style.
