Bathed in natural light by day, the Gallery transforms as the evening unfolds, revealing the awe-inspiring grandeur of our Grade II listed building. Under the guidance of Chef Director Arturo Granto and Head Chef Giacomo Zaffalon, our set menus marry timeless cooking with vibrant Mediterranean cuisine, finished with a contemporary twist.
