Our Third Anniversary Celebration Dinner in Chelmsford

Chef brothers Chris and Jeff Galvin proudly opened the doors to Galvin Green Man three years ago, fulfilling their vision of returning a beloved traditional pub to the heart of the Great Waltham community.

Born and raised in Essex, the brothers were absolutely delighted to bring their Michelin-recognised culinary expertise back to their home county.

Our Exclusive Anniversary Menu

Join us on Thursday the 7th of November for a spectacular evening. To mark the occasion, Head Chef Danny Lee has crafted an exceptional six-course tasting menu that showcases our most beloved signature dishes, including our Gloucester Old Spot Scotch egg, rich Imam bayildi, and the iconic Galvin tarte Tatin.

We also have the distinct pleasure of welcoming back the incredibly talented Devon Mayson, who will provide beautiful live acoustic entertainment on the harp, violin, and guitar throughout the evening.
