On Monday 2nd November, we’re opening the doors of Galvin La Chapelle for one of the biggest nights of our year – and we’d love you to be part of it.
Champagne & Caviar Dinner
We’re celebrating two things close to our heart. The launch of our own Galvin La Chapelle caviar created hand in hand with Calvisius Group, the celebrated Italian caviar house based in Calvisano, part of the Agroittica Lombarda Group. And the first change to our own Galvin label champagne since we first poured it back in 2007 — a significant moment for us as a family.
Join us for five courses, each one paired with its own champagne and its own variation of caviar, finished the Galvin way with coffee and petit fours. Expect dishes such as cured yellow tail with hazelnut and bergamot, Dorset crab raviolo with charred fennel and dashi beurre blanc, and barbecued Cornish monkfish with Jerusalem artichoke and samphire — each course matched, glass by glass.
It’s the same obsessive craft we put into every plate, poured into every glass too.
