Henry is the chef behind the legendary Racine in Knightsbridge, known for extraordinary French cooking that earned a devoted following among chefs and food lovers alike. His return with Bouchon Racine has cemented his reputation as one of the great champions of proper French bistro cooking, and this June it was crowned the best restaurant in the UK.
Join us for a special lunchtime event where Henry will talk about his career, the story behind Racine, his love of French food and the making of his new book, The Racine Effect.
