Galvin Book Club with Adam Byatt at Galvin Green Man
We’re delighted to welcome Adam Byatt, one of London’s most respected chefs, to the Galvin Book Club at the Galvin Green Man.
Adam is the chef-patron behind Trinity in Clapham, the Michelin-starred neighbourhood restaurant he opened in 2006. Trinity has become one of the capital’s best-loved dining rooms, admired by chefs and food lovers for its generous, ingredient-led cooking.
A Special Lunchtime vent
Join us for a special lunchtime event where Adam will talk about his career, the story behind Trinity, his approach to cooking and the making of his new book, Trinity – The Cookbook.
Tickets:
£45 per person: a two-course lunch cooked from the book, plus a Q&A with Adam Byatt
£75 per person: all of the above, plus a signed copy of Trinity – The Cookbook
Arrival drinks will be served from 12pm, and the main event starts at 12.45pm. After Adam’s talk, your table is yours for the afternoon, so you can relax and enjoy your meal at your leisure.
We’ll also have optional wine pairings, chosen to complement the menu.
