We have partnered with the renowned Les Caves de Pyrene to showcase an outstanding selection of wines from across central France.
Expertly Curated Wine Pairings
Highlighting four distinct producers from the Loire Valley, our Head Sommelier has carefully selected five magnificent wines for the occasion. To complement their unique profiles, our Head Chef has developed exquisite pairings rooted in the Galvin brothers’ bistrot heritage, featuring a vibrant beetroot, Chavignol goat’s cheese, and walnut vinaigrette, alongside a rich pithivier of Anjou squab pigeon and duck liver.
This promises to be an unmissable evening of authentic Parisian-style hospitality, marking the first in a captivating programme of wine events to be held with us this year.
