At Galvin Green Man, we are extremely proud to have been recognised by the Michelin Guide for serving ‘amazing food at great value’ and with this have had the honour of retaining the title of being a Bib Gourmand Restaurant since 2018.
To showcase this special accolade, we have created a bespoke bi-weekly changing Bib Gourmand menu using the finest ingredients. We are proud to ‘keep it local’ and for this reason have carefully selected some fabulous local suppliers & farmers to collaborate with.
Our menu is thoughtfully prepared using seasonal, local, and sustainable ingredients for 2 courses.
The menu is available in our pub for Monday lunch then the restaurant Tuesday – Saturday lunch & dinner.
To keep your dining experience fresh and exciting, our menu now changes bi-weekly, giving you the opportunity to enjoy new Green Man creations alongside some beloved classics.
