At Galvin, we have a strong emphasis on family.
Chris, Jeff and David – three Galvin brothers – are joined in the day-to-day operation of the business by Chris’s children: Emile, George, Jessie and Joey.
And our team make up our wider family. We’ve been lucky to work alongside a team that have stayed with us as we’ve grown and evolved. And we’ve welcomed a number of the family back after gaining experience elsewhere.
Training & Apprenticeship
We take pride of giving our team the training they need to grow and develop. We offer WSET training and we work timelessly with Apprenticeship schemes with Westminster Kingsway College, Colchester Institute and University of West London.
Kitchen
We believe our kitchens should reflect the warmth, generosity and genuine hospitality guests experience in our restaurants.
Our teams work closely with Chris and Jeff Galvin plus our chef director Arturo Granato, creating opportunities to develop professionally while feeling confident, supported, challenged and, above all, appreciated every day.

One of life’s greatest pleasures is to be waited upon, and so we see the Kitchen and the Front of House as partners.
The latter requires the same precision, attention to detail and skill as the former. Great service means caring enough to have another’s comfort and wellbeing at heart. We aim to nurture that instinct and allow everyone’s individuality to shine.
