Begin your evening with an array of delicate game canapés upon arrival, followed by elegant appetisers such as our rich duck liver parfait accompanied by toasted sourdough.
Locally Sourced Game Mains
Savour expertly prepared main courses, such as roast loin of venison paired with braised red cabbage, quince, and chestnuts, or beautifully cooked pheasant sourced directly from the surrounding Essex countryside.
Decadent Autumn Desserts
Finish the evening with a seasonal twist on a classic Galvin favourite: our signature pear tarte Tatin, generously drizzled with a rich butterscotch sauce.
