Late Sitting: Exclusive Black Tie NYE Dinner & Gala
For those looking to celebrate the arrival of 2026 in style, our exclusive Black Tie event begins with bookings from 8:15 pm to 9:30 pm. Guests will be welcomed with a complimentary glass of Champagne upon arrival, followed by an indulgent five-course tasting menu showcasing the finest seasonal Essex produce.
The evening will feature vibrant live music as we count down to midnight, ringing in the New Year with exceptional food, wonderful company, and signature Galvin hospitality.
