After a five-year break, the Galvin Book Club returns to Galvin Green Man, on Tuesday 21st October 2025, welcoming award-winning Persian chef Sabrina Ghayour.

A Sunday Times bestselling author and TV regular, Sabrina will discuss her new book Persiana Easy, which celebrates vibrant Middle Eastern flavours through simple, accessible recipes.

Hosted by Food Book Club founder Jules Millar, the event includes an interview, audience Q&A, and a two-course lunch cooked from the book by the Galvin kitchen under Michelin-starred chef Jeff Galvin.
