After a five-year break, the Galvin Book Club returns to the Galvin Green Man on Tuesday 21st October 2025, welcoming award-winning Persian chef Sabrina Ghayour to our Bib Gourmand-awarded British pub.
A Sunday Times bestselling author and television regular, Sabrina will discuss her latest book, Persiana Easy, which celebrates vibrant Middle Eastern flavours through simple, accessible recipes.
