Hosted by the Galvin Brothers, Michelin-starred Galvin La Chapelle will present a special one-night chef exchange on 24 March, bringing together Executive Chef Arturo Granato and Tom Booton, former head chef of The Grill at The Dorchester.

Ahead of opening his first independent restaurant in 2026, Booton joins Granato for a collaborative menu blending refined Mediterranean flavours with bold, contemporary British cooking.

Price includes a glass of champagne on arrival, the evening also offers an optional wine pairing.

As this is a special event, unfortunately changes cannot be made to the menu.
