Hosted by the Galvin Brothers, Michelin-starred Galvin La Chapelle will present a special one-night chef exchange on 24 March, bringing together Executive Chef Arturo Granato and Tom Booton, former head chef of The Grill at The Dorchester.

Ahead of opening his first independent restaurant in 2026, Booton joins Granato for a collaborative menu blending refined Mediterranean flavours with bold, contemporary British cooking.

Priced at £125 per person and including a glass of champagne on arrival, the evening also offers an optional wine pairing
