Galvin Book Club with Thuy Pham

On Wednesday 25th March 2026, we are delighted to welcome Thuy Pham to The Galvin Green Man Book Club.

Thuy Pham is a Vietnamese-British chef and founder of The Little Viet Kitchen restaurant. She will be joining us to celebrate her latest cookbook, One Pan Vietnam.

One Pan Vietnam brings the vibrant flavours of Vietnam into your home with accessible, easy and fuss-free recipes designed for everyday cooking.

The event includes a two-course set menu and is priced at ?65 per person, which includes a signed copy of One Pan Vietnam.

Guests are welcome to arrive for pre-meal drinks in the bar area from 12pm. The event will begin at 12.45pm, after which your table will be yours to enjoy lunch.

Wine pairings will be available to add during the event.
