Hosted by the Galvin Brothers, Michelin-starred Galvin La Chapelle will present a special one-night chef exchange on 24 March, bringing together Chef Director Arturo Granato and Tom Booton, former head chef of The Grill at The Dorchester.
A Fusion of Mediterranean Flavours & Contemporary British Cooking
Ahead of opening his first independent restaurant in 2026, Booton joins Granato for a collaborative menu blending refined Mediterranean flavours with bold, contemporary British cooking.
