Experience our Bib Gourmand Michelin Menu at Galvin Green Man

At Galvin Green Man, we are extremely proud to have been recognised by the Michelin Guide for serving ‘amazing food at great value’ and with this have had the honour of retaining the title of being a Bib Gourmand Restaurant since 2018.

To showcase this special accolade, we have created a bespoke weekly changing Bib Gourmand menu using the finest ingredients. We are proud to ‘keep it local’ and for this reason have carefully selected some fabulous local suppliers & farmers to collaborate with.

Our menu is thoughtfully prepared using seasonal, local, and sustainable ingredients & is priced at £28 for 2 courses and £30 for 3 courses.

The menu is available in our restaurant Tuesday – Saturday lunch & dinner (Not available after 6:30pm on Friday & Saturday)

To keep your dining experience fresh and exciting, our menu now changes weekly, giving you the opportunity to enjoy new Green Man creations alongside some beloved classics.
