4-Hand Dinner with Phil Howard
Galvin La Chapelle presents a one-night-only chef collaboration on Tuesday 23rd June at 7pm, uniting Chef Director Arturo Granato and Michelin-starred chef Phil Howard of Elystan Street.
Curated by Chris and Jeff Galvin, this exclusive evening brings together two distinct culinary styles for a refined tasting experience.
Guests can expect a menu defined by precision, creativity, and seasonal produce, blending Phil Howard’s elegant, ingredient-led modern British cooking with Arturo Granato’s polished Mediterranean influence.
Highlights include smoked mackerel croustade, hand-dived scallop with Oscietra caviar, saddle of lamb with seasonal vegetables, and a delicate strawberry and fior di latte dessert.
Priced at £125 per person, including a glass of Champagne on arrival, with optional wine pairing at £75 per person.
