Chris, Jeff and David – three Galvin brothers – are joined in the day-to-day operation of the business by Chris’s children: Emile, George, Jessie and Joey.
And our team make up our wider family. We’ve been lucky to work alongside a team that have stayed with us as we’ve grown and evolved. And we’ve welcomed a number of the family back after gaining experience elsewhere.
Training & Apprenticeship
We take pride of giving our team the training they need to grow and develop. We offer WSET training and we work timelessly with Apprenticeship schemes with Westminster Kingsway College, Colchester Institute and University of West London.

We are big believers in creating kitchen environments that match what the customers experience in our dining rooms. Warmth, generosity, courtesy and genuine hospitality.
