If you are redeeming a Virgin Experience Days voucher, please provide the nine-digit serial number, four-digit PIN, and expiry date.
For Buy A Gift or Red Letter Days guests, we require your sixteen-digit reference number alongside the expiry date. Kindly note that these elegant dining experiences cannot be redeemed during December or on special celebratory dates, including New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s weekend, or Mother’s Day.
