In order to make your reservation you will need to supply your voucher details, you will be able to do this when entering your contact details on the next page. You must also bring your voucher with you on the day of your reservation.

If your voucher is from Virgin Experiences we require the serial number and PIN.
The serial number is a 7 digit code and may be made from all numbers, or a combination of letters & numbers. The pin is always a 4 digit code.
If your voucher is from Buy A Gift or RedLetter Days we require the reference number.
The voucher reference is a long sequence of numbers and digits, usually beginning with an 8 digit code that begins with ‘107’ and ending with BUY/BAG and another 6 digit code. An example may look like 10748562BUY524524.
Your voucher may be on a card, an e-voucher or in a square cardboard box.
Our Availability:
This offer is exceptionally popular and availability is limited in the restaurant, certain dates are booked out well in advance, especially at dinner and on weekends.
In the event that you cannot secure availability for your chosen dates you can contact Buy A Gift, RedLetter Days or Virgin Experiences and ask them if you can exchange your voucher for another experience or alternatively if you speak with our team via email we can arrange for you to redeem the cash value of your voucher against an a la carte or tasting menu experience in the restaurant.
