Wine Dinners at Michelin-starred Galvin La Chapelle
During our wine dinners, we encourage our valued wine-loving guests to experiment, discover exciting new taste sensations and participate in a dynamic and friendly wine culture.
7th October – Quinta de la Rosa Wine Dinner
We will be showcasing wine and port from Quinta de la Rosa set at the heart of the Douro region in Portugal.
The tasting menu crafted by Jeff Galvin includes Poached wild turbot with shellfish emulsion, cucumber & caviar as well as Seared rib of Highland beef with braised oxtail & Autumn truffle mash.
The dinner will be hosted by Sophia Bergqvist, owner of Quinta de la Rosa, at 7 pm in the Gallery. You can also choose to be seated on your own table in the restaurant at any other time in the evening.
