Head Chef Adam Gray curated an exceptional menu starring a very autumnal Delica pumpkin soup served with grilled ceps, Spenwood cheese and cornbread, followed by a rustic Mywood Farm free-range roasted turkey with sweet potato gratin, maple glazed bacon and cranberries. To end the meal, indulge in a slice of the ever-American favourite, Pecan Pie.
