Our kitchen team led by Chris Galvin speaks to our suppliers every day to ensure we only use the freshest produce. We will never compromise on quality. And if we run out of a dish, we will simply accept that.

House-made terrines and charcuterie from some of the best artisan suppliers feature on the menu and are served with Parisian style baguettes and traditional accompaniments.
Beer doesn’t get fresher
Delivered weekly and stored in our gleaming copper tanks above the bar, our fresh unpasteurised Pilsner Urquell on draft is a showstopper of a beer. It’s the closest thing to drinking beer straight from the brewery.
