    We have partnered with award-winning English vineyard, Hattingley Valley to serve up a sparkling dinner on 6 June from 6pm.

    This four-course tasting menu will showcase the best of this season’s British produce, while Oliver Putter, Head of trade sales at Hattingley Valley, will introduce diners to the wonders of English wine-making.

    You will be greeted with a glass of the timeless Hattingley Classic Reserve NV, followed by a sequence of perfectly paired dishes. Starting with Lasagne of Dorset crab alongside a crisp, clean glass of Hattingley beurre Nantaise, 2020. The second course serving pressed guinea fowl with ham hock & foie gras and red onion marmalade partnered with a refreshing Hattingley sparkling Rose, 2019. This is followed by our chargrilled supreme of halibut served with charlotte potatoes, braised lettuce & hazelnut pesto alongside a Hattingley Blancs de Blanc, 2014.

    Finished off with a light English raspberry & strawberry Hattingly jelly balanced with the sweet tropical notes of Hattingley Entice Dessert Wine 2019.
