Michelin Restaurant Grouse Dinner

Unique to the British Isles, Red Grouse can be found in the heather moorlands of northern England and Scotland. They are the ultimate challenge for hunters, as they are exceptionally fast, low flying birds whoe flight path hugs close to the moorlands that they inhabit.

To mark the start of the season on ‘Glorious Twelfth’, Head Chef Arturo Granato has created a phenomenal six-course tasting menu with dishes including and complimenting this seasonal gamebird. The menu can be exclusively enjoyed for dinner on Wednesday 24th of August, with a wine pairing recommended by Head Sommelier, Stephen Nisbet.
