Restaurant Essex Tour of Galvin Menu
Our new Head Chef Ian Howard, together with Chris & Jeff Galvin, has created a 5-course tasting menu for £60 per person including pairing wines.
The menu features west coast sea bream with orzo, Grezzina courgettes, parsley and lemon; and braised Dingley Dell pork with apricots, harissa mash, peas and broad beans.
This menu is available Monday-Thursday, 12-2.30pm and 5.30-9.30pm.
