Our October Wine Dinner


On a hill in Hermitage, the humble syrah was given cult like status in Paul Jaboulet’s Hermitage La Chapelle, 1961. Chris and Jeff visited the vineyard and were so inspired that when they opened Galvin La Chapelle in 2009 it felt a natural choice to pay homage to this historic wine in the name of their restaurant.

Galvin La Chapelle is one of only a handful of restaurants to hold full vertical of Hermitage La Chapelle on their wine list.

Head Chef Arturo Granato has crafted an exquisite menu to compliment a selection of wines from Maison Jaboulet.
