An evening exploring Iberian Wines
We were asked recently how we come up with the menus for our wine dinners. The answer is simple. Our chefs taste the wines with our sommeliers, and together they craft a menu that perfectly compliments each of the wines that our suppliers or the producer wish to showcase.
For our upcoming evening with Sogrape, some of the highlights include Wye valley asparagus, miso, parmesan & Australian truffle with the 2021 ‘O Rosal’ by Santiago Ruiz and a 38 day aged roast Cumbrian beef fillet with 2018 Alentejo Reserve from Herdade do Peso.
The seven-course menu with paried wines is £155 including service charge, reservations are essential.
