Hattingley Wine Dinner
A special Four-Course dinner will showcase the best of this season’s British produce, while Emma Rice, Head Winemaker at Hattingley Valley, will introduce diners to the wonders of English wine-making.
Guests will be welcomed in with a glass of classic Hattingley Classic Reserve NV before being treated to a series of perfectly paired dishes. Starting with Tartare of heritage beetroot, Ticklemore goats’ cheese alongside the refreshing Hattingley Brut Rosé 2018. The second course takes guests down to the south coast, serving up sustainably sourced Cornish lobster risotto, partnered with a creamy and complex Hattingley Blanc de Blancs 2014. This is followed by a timely ode to game season: Roast Partridge, served with Savoy cabbage, smoked bacon & fondant potato alongside a crisp, clean glass of Hattingley Still Chardonnay 2020. Finished off with a light plate of delightfully tart iced lemon meringue and poached quince balanced with the sweet tropical notes of Hattingley Entice Dessert Wine 2020.
Set to be a sensational evening, Hattingley Valley Wine Dinner is priced at £80 per guest with the option to purchase additional wines throughout the evening.
