Unique to the British Isles, Red Grouse can be found in the heather moorlands of northern England and Scotland. They are the ultimate challenge for hunters, as they are exceptionally fast, low flying birds whose flight path hugs close to the moorlands that they inhabit.
To mark the start of the season Head Chef Arturo Granato has created a phenomenal five course tasting menu with dishes including and complimenting this seasonal gamebird.
The menu can be exclusively enjoyed for dinner on Wednesday 23rd of August, with a wine pairing recommended by our Head Sommelier, Stephen Nisbet.
