What is the delivery charge?

Nationwide delivery is £15.95.

When is the last day to order?

Sundays at 9pm for delivery or collection the following Friday or Saturday.

How do I know I have successfully placed an order?

We will send you an email to acknowledge that we have received your order. Remember to check all of your email folders, including your junk or spam folder.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to addresses in England and Wales.

We can deliver to certain Scottish postcodes on Fridays. Saturday delivery is not currently available.

Sometimes our courier experiences delays which could result in delivery to Scotland not arriving until Saturday. The food will still be safe to consume.

When will I receive my delivery?

We work with DPD to deliver your Galvin at Home experience. You will receive a tracking number for your order and a one-hour delivery window the day prior to your chosen delivery date. Once the delivery is with our 3rd party courier, we will not be liable for any delivery issues.

We work closely with our couriers to ensure the best possible delivery service however,  delays may occasionally occur which are outside our control. Whilst we make every effort to ensure your goods are delivered in accordance with the agreed delivery schedule, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

What kitchen equipment do I need?

To finish off our dishes at home you will need access to an oven and a hob. We do not recommend reheating our dishes with a microwave. You’ll also need some basic pots & pans, knives etc.

Whilst we recommend an oven temperature and length of time, ovens do vary, therefore these are approximate guidelines.

Do you cater for my allergy or dietary requirement?

Our team do their best to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies. Please detail these in the dietary requirements box just before placing your order, a member of the team will be in touch should we not be able to accommodate

How many people is the experience for?

The Galvin at Home experience is priced per person. So if you order one Galvin at Home experience for £55 it will be enough food for one person.

Can I freeze the food?

We do not recommend freezing any of the food, as the quality will be affected.

I have booked the wrong delivery date, what do I need to do?

Please request to have the order cancelled via emailing athome@galvinrestaurants.com (please remember to state your order number) and re-order through the website.

Where do I come to collect my order?

Please choose your preferred pick-up time slot when ordering, please do not arrive early as this is how we ensure that you and our team are able to adhere to social distancing rules.

 

You can collect your order from Galvin Bistrot & Bar on Friday & Saturday between 12pm and 4pm.

35 Spital Square, London, E1 6DY. Access is from Bishops Square.

 

You can collect your order from Galvin Green Man on Saturdays between 12pm and 4pm.
